Split the gh up into 2 doses 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon
You need some other 17aa during the first part of the cycle ..it will cause a release or the insulinlike growth factors

i'm at 6'7" and 260ish.. just got my waist down to 33 range.. like to get it down to 31 and BF now is 9% and would like to get that down alittle.. if i hit 7% or lower and get this computer set back intot he docking station i'll put up some pics maybe around Xmas.. need to talk the wife into you of those dig cameras.. after this cyle i hope to be at.. 290ish and hopefully have 20" guns.. and next year at this time hope to be at 320-330 range and then YES PRESSER THEN I'LL POST SOME PICS... JUST 4 U... LOL

6' 7" youre tall . Ive done my homwork and I say 4-10 ius humalog post workout. it looks good thought, im still planing my next one bridging like a junkie in beetween. I got kits cheap holo ones but when you add up 4 mounths and the juice and all th eother shit it fucking up there.
