I just completed my first cycle (10 weeks, deca only, I know to never do it again; luckily, no d-dick). Gained 20 lbs. + ton of strength, now 6' 215. I know to start clomid three weeks after my last shot.
1.) When should I start my off-cycle diet and workout regimen?
2.) When can I start my next cycle?
I have 20 mls. each of Ttokkyo deca (300 mg/ml) and Ttokkyo Test-200 (200mg/ml). Feel free to offer cycle suggestions.

...1). diet should be as clean as possible and workouts should be determined by how you worked out while on...change it up, maybe more reps or something, just change it up alittle...as far as 2.). ell that depends on many factors and goals, but i guess the majority follow the ole' time on = time off thing...but it is all personal...

I'm getting 4000-5000 calories on, I know I have to drop down when off cycle; I want to know when the deca will clear my system, to know when high caloric intake will not be as useful.
