In order for me to get bigger, I have to eat a Whole shitload of food to get big. That includes alot of fastfood. I plan on cutting pretty soon and dont want to lose alot of muscle. How in the hell should I do this? Eat 2 chicken breast every hour? not happening. Does anybody know of a diet for 6 weeks that will help me keep almost all muscle I have?
 
The main thing is to make sure your protien intake is enough.

1 lb. body wieght = 2g of protien.

If you wiegh 200lbs than you should make sure and get 400g of protien. Eating 2 chicken breast an hour is a good start, until you puke them up from the repetitive taste...lol
