What up bros.

Progress report from the "Tubby weightloss front"

Got my BF tested Monday.

Weight 287
BF% 20

so 230lbs lean mass and 57lbs of fat

When I started all this I was 320 at 32% can ya say FATTY!!!!!!!

Needless to say I've fu(kin pumped beyond belief...........new goal is 10-15% by years end.

Currently weight train 5 days a week in the AM. HIIT training 2-3 days at lunch , BBall once a week, sprints with the kids I coach twice a week at night.

5 meals a day at or around 4000 cals


For those that know me from the beginning I appreciate all the help and encouragement over the last year and a half.

I shall keep you posted.

Tubby, Congrats bro...you know that getting started is the hardest part. Now since you have already acomplished that..the rest of your goals are right within reach. Thats a huge accomplishment for ya bro!! Keep up the great work!.........456

I have my original pics from when I started.....makes me want to yack when I look at them BUT everyone starts somewhere......so once I get to 10-15 I plan on posting them here.

Wholly crap, thats alot of weight to lose. You are my hero bro. Nice job on the reduced BF. Going from 30+ to 15% i would have thought would be impossible. Thats fat ass to fine ass. But it looks like you may do it. Maybe I'll become insprired

Reread what I posted man.....30% to 20% and it took over a year and a half of off and on training (cause I lost focus a few times). I dropped 30lbs initially but lost 10 lbs of muscle in the process. I maintained 290 for almost a year. Now over the last 2 months I gained back that 10lbs of muscle and dropped more fat to pretty much be where I am right now.

Just added 2-3 days of cardio and I added plyometrics today.

I found a new goal............I want to dunk a basketball.
