Presser, I can help write some keyword code, if you want. I did that before, and our company site was showing up in the top 5 of most of the major websites.
Although it is a little tougher now, because of the pay for click systems, that are being used for "featured listings"

code for the key words, meta tags, stuff like that that search engines read. You also need to have certain ratios of key words in the text of the page.
Part of the reason you are not ranking too high is because of the domain name is forwarding to http://board1.mantisforums.com/ but that can be worked around and actually used to you benefit, on search engines.
