Hey guys I just had my bodyfat % checked (underwater) and it's higher (%17) then where I need to be for me to reach my goal of 9% by Oct. 26th..

I've been eating strictly anyway, but I've stepped it up a little bit and am going even stricter now, and I've started keeping an online food journal.

I was wondering if you guys could take a look at my food intake from yesterday, and tell me if you would change anything? I believe this will be about what I eat every day.

I am currently 227 lbs, 27 years old, 6'1" at 17% BF
doing 40 minutes of cardio first thing every morning on an empty stomach, + 6 days of weights 1 muscle per day. I also take 5gr of Glutamine post workout with my mass recovery drink.

That should burn the fat for you IMO.

YEAH, SEEMS GOOD TO ME TOO, I LIKE HOW YOU'RE GETTING THE MAJORITY OF YOUR CARBS EARLIER IN THE DAY. KEEP TO IT, AND KEEP US POSTED.

Although you didn't mention, I assume you are drinking 2 cups of water every 2 hours. Also, do you use an ECA or NYC stack before your cardio and throughout the day?

yeah, i have a 50 oz water bottle I fill up twice at work, then I drink alot of water at the gym when i do weights, and also at night before I go to bed.

I take xenadrine in the morning when i wake up.. . with a speed stack, then metabolife every afternoon about 3.

Personally I would try to keep the carbs below 100 per day for 5 days then bring them up to 150-175 for the weekend. I found that I was real sensative to my carb intake. The rest of it looks pretty good. Keep charting your intake vs. your weight loss ED like you just did. This will give you a more scientific view of what works for you. Using ECA will also definatly help.

Im on a fat burning regime too! so far im literally eating very little carbs. Just green veg and green salad. Two protein shakes per day, 2 chicken breasts and 2 tins of tuna.

Im cycling Clen with EPH25+ and doing a serious amount of cardio. the fat is going pretty quickly.

Thanks for all the advice guys.

Well if anyone is interested in my progress I'm tracking my food intake on a journal over at extreme-fitness.com

and I have progress pictures over there two from like 3 weeks ago, then from this past tuesday. they are also on this board in the members section, but I don't know how to link to them on this board.
