Can bomb sniffing dogs smell DNP?

Dogs usualy only hit on bombs or narcotics, but when you buy things from people who ar ein illegal biz then you take the chance if there also dealing in narcotics that they may have kept the dnp and the narcotics in the same area and there hand may have touched the narcotics breafly and then the dnp or the box it was sent in , sometime people, well ive heard loose a box and they just can t figure out why and it turn out the dog hit on the box because the trace sent of narcotic s was there , and in court it could be tuff , beacause As ive said before when a box hits a port anyone can open it and say anything .Not meaning to scare anyone just to inform. I love this board

I have extensive experience in K9 training, and the answer is no.
The dog easiliy has ability to detect DNP if it were trained to do so but DNP is not on the currest tactical search combustible list in any airport I know of.

well NO ONE is going to be handling DNP in one hand and narcotics in the other............DNP MAKES A HUGE MESS even when you are careful. I have the stained countertop and couch cover to prove it. My friend made some caps about a month ago at my place and he is one anal bastard.
Until U see a news report or "special report" looking specifically for DNP I wouldn't worry so much.

Yes it is not TNT but DNP can be turned into TNT in a relatively synthesis.....umm you want me to go into I can...lol but hell if I know if a dog can smell....ask CJ I heard he was a dog wait that is what his woman told me......jk bro
