Im a freakin dude!! Its just a nickname thats followed me for the last few years. It was actually the nickname that motivated me to workout, thats why its my user name.. You combine the name and some test250, and your set..

just for kicks, my stats are 5'9 anywhere from 205-220 at 12%bf, I am a powerlifter,, not a bodybuilder. If i were to drop below 9 or 10% everything would fall apart on me. Played around with AS for the last year. Or should I say, have been juicing for the last year..

There are some great guys over at fitness board. The problem is the morons with little weiner syndrome. Gearedup and Lewd should just ban everyone that starts something stupid...It is really depressing that some humans don't have enough brain to get along with everyone on an internet chat forum.

I def agree, some people like to constantly start shit, no names involved. And yet the mods seem to let it slide. They need to stick to the basics and keep that shit off of there. Edit and delete are to great options with these boards, and getting IP addys isnt too shaby either..
