Hello fellow extremists, this is my first post on MC. I frequent this place quite often and decided to make my presents known. Thank you for all the knowledge you have given me. I have been following the fitness board for a very long time but find this place more relaxing. Keep up the good work gentlemen.

My mistake, basskiller, I did not mean to sound serious.


Thanks every one for the welcome. It took a few days for me to respond due to computer problem. This is definately a great place and I am happy to be hear.
