You look really good in your member's pic's...but you probably need a new webcam....

that cam will look better if you can get a lot more light in the room.
also there may be a focus adjustment that you havn't noticed.

ya, i know its blurry.... i tried to get it adjusted. It looks fine when on cam but then when i go to shoot for the pic it turns out this way

i dunno, guess ill have to invest in a new one or keep shooting these blurry ones.
