epo

I was curious about epo, I have seen it mentioned a lot especially on other boards, I did a search and it didn't really turn up anything other than it increases red blood cell counts.

It is a legal supplement right?
How exactly would you benefit from it?
How would you run it?

It is not legal! And it is not a supp. it's a medication drug. Epogen stimulates the production of red blood cells, allowing your blood to carry more oxygen.

Epogen is not all that easy to come by, and it can be a hell of lot more expensive than GH.

There is no real use for EPO in bodybuilding however. It is designed for endurance athletes.
