any one used it for any length of time does it help the liver or can you tell without test.

i have two bottle of the Milk T and have used it in the past.. worked good i guess think ala is better... but you can never beat 2 US gallon of water ED

200 mgs 2x a day. ala is definatly much better 3-4.5 grams is what I run of ala
