I wanted to run liquid T3 throughtout my cycle starting in 3 weeks. I wanted to run it at 30 mcg/day through the whole 12 week cycle. I workout twice/day. Morning workout is 45min cardio on an empty stomach. Night workout is my weight training. When should I take the T3? Should I take it right before my morning workout, before my night workout, or before bed? thanks everyone.

I really don't think it makes any difference as the half life is long enough it wouldn't matter. But... 30mcg is not enough, might be just enough to shut down your thyroid...but not enough for weight loss. IMO. I"d bump it up to 75 or 100mcg.

for the whole 12 week cycle?? I think that's way too much on the thyroid for 12 weeks. I could ramp up and then down for like 6 weeks, but to go with that dosage ed for 12 weeks, I believe is too much. What does everyone else think?

Yes.. sorry ramp it up and down... the 12 weeks is a little long.. but the point i was making was 30mcg is not enough.

i think 12 weeks is too long bro, even low dose. your still suppressing your thyroid.

id go 6-8 max.

liq clen can be run 12 wks if you want.
