I wanted to run liquid T3 throughtout my cycle starting in 3 weeks. I wanted to run it at 30 mcg/day through the whole 12 week cycle. I workout twice/day. Morning workout is 45min cardio on an empty stomach. Night workout is my weight training. When should I take the T3? Should I take it right before my morning workout, before my night workout, or before bed? thanks everyone.
