I've just started exploring this Taoist martial art with a focus on "Push Hands Method" and it's a great mind/body control exercise. It's almost a combination of boxing and fencing with intuative advances and retreats, just as dynamic but more fluid than either. In just the brief time I've been practicing Taijiquan it's helped my ability to focus and concentrate in the gym. Highly recommended if your looking for something new to try! Anyone else practice this martial art?

Hell Yeah! That furry muddafucker is not going to get away with that! I'll do a Bruce Lee on his blackbear ass! LOL

Deca........check out this Guy. Erle Montaigue. He lives in Australia and is a Master in this Martial Art. Just do a search and you'll find him.

he has a great web site with so much information. Ti Chi Chuan is the MOST LETHAL fighting art on the planet.............it is also the best at promoting health. Check out the site and you will know what I mean.

I once had a black belt in karate. As far as I'm concerned, traditional aikido, is by far the best martial art around. Just look at Steven Seagal.

I took kung fu for about 6 years, I started out with wing chun the went to jeet kune doe. I learned alot thourgh wing chun but its been about 2yrs since Ive taken any martial arts. Now I live in a small town and want to get back into it but the only thing I have to choose from is tai kwon doe and Im not a big fan of throwing spin kicks and all that fancy shit that just gets your ass kicked but I guess something is better than nothing its just so different than what Im use too I might just train myself.

Tia chi, is great for meditative purposes, flexability, relaxation, and it's a passive martial art. I took it for 6 months and felt that I wanted something that could allow me to initiate a fight if need be. What na ass I was. I saw a gentleman focus his energy so much that he splintered a board all over the 2 guys holding it.. and he never even touched it... fucking amazing. .. can't remember his name to save my life though.
