I get that often.. Its like the feeling of getting out of a 65 degree swimming pool. Your balls get so tight it kinda stings.. Then I find myself with my hand in my pants playing with my balls, usually not mattering where I am at.

mine hurt if i start messing with my sex frequency. If I go 3 days without my nuts will ache real bad and if I go like 3 times in a day they hurt too. I have to keep it a steady once or twice every 24.

just kidding tell your friend he needs to have as much suport as possable ..... I don't mean to share too much so I won't when I was in college I had the same problem my Doc told me to switch from boxers the boxer brefs....it made a big diffrence (i can run again)
