Im a FB transplant, and was curious as to how many cycles you have done to get your size/definition.
I'm only on #2 right now, Test/EQ(500/400 1-10) and Fina 8-12.
Im 6-1 193lbs, and want to get to around 215-220 with 10-12%bf.
I know it varies, but wanted the number of cycles you have done. I know your a fan of the Fina/Prop/Winny cycle, and that may be my next.
Like alot of peeps, Im not THAT concerned with how much I weigh verses the mirror.
