Adding T-3

Currently @:
wk 1-12 omna 750mg p/w
wk 1-5 D-bol 35mg p/d
wk 6-12 Tren 60mg p/d
Want to try T-3 maybe wk 9-12 (Taper up-Taper down)Not sure what mcg yet, I need a little help.
Stats: 5-9 183lbs (Looking to get as close to 190 as possible) have very little bodyfat (just a little bloat from D-bol).
 
Hey last cycle was great until I added T3 to it.
Ran it up to 100mcg and I felt so tired it ruined the end of a great cycle. I tapered off as soon as possible. Was a bulk cycle I was running
D-bol 37.5mg ED 1-3
Deca 450mg EW 1-10
Test cyp 600mg EW 1-13

I had extended the test to run the T3 it was only supossed to be a 10 week cycle. Maybe I went to high on the dose but I felt so weak and unmotivated I am scared to try it again and ruin another cycle. Some guys love it but from now on it will be clen/ECA for me to lose fat
 
If you’re trying to bulk up, and you feel the need to add in some T3 don’t use the amount you would for “cutting”.

25 mcg per day will boost the metabolism and help with your protein utilization.

If you do decide to do a tapered cycle of T3 don’t go above 75mcg and don’t run it for more then a few weeks at that level.

Add some Vitamin E (natural) to your diet whenever you are using T3. T3 will cut the amount of E you body makes available.

As far as your desire to hit 190 in 12 weeks – that shouldn’t be to difficult with you cycle. You may be able to add even more mass then that. Eat a bunch just eat clean.
How many Calories are you eating a day?
How may grams of protein, carbs and fat?

ccapel: Did you taper or run dose straight through and for how long? What were your results? Break dose up throughout the day (like D-bol) or take all at once?
I should make it to 190, I'm eating everything in sight all day - even cats and dogs run when they see me - along w/ 5 protein shakes p/d. I don't really keep a calorie count.

Anyone w/ experience w/ my questions feel free to answer, I'm open to suggestions.

I read those recent posts and searched on this. Want more info.

Johnnyboy: what dose did you run and how long?

I tapered up to 100mcg and was going to do the short 20 day cycle but I got to 100mcg and after a few days started to taper back down because I felt so sh*tty. Was a nice bulk cycle and I decided to run just test and T3 at the end to cut some fat.
 
I have only used it for Cutting.

I have talked to a few guys who have used it at a low dose and claimed it help them ward off some of the fat during a Bulking cycle.

Yes I break the dose up ½ in the morn and ½ in the evening.

I ran a tapered cycle while cutting for about 8 weeks. I stated to lose some mass and looked flat after about 6 weeks even while on gear.
I would say taper up to 75 mcg and hold for 2 weeks then taper down. 25, 50, 75, 75, 50, 25 = 6 weeks.
I went to 100 and feel that this is too high for me and most. If you are a 250 BB Pro then 100 mcg may be OK but not for most of us.

You should know what and how much Protein, fat and carbs you are eating. If you know what you are eating then you can make adjustments to control the fat and muscle you are putting on.
 
For bulking cycles, T3 does help with protein synthesis, but don't use more than 12.5mcg daily...no taper needed at that dose, and don't go more than 8 weeks either IMO.

Personally, I don't screw with T3 on a bulking cycle. I gain JUST FINE without it. However, for cutting, I can't imagine a cutting cycle without it. For cutting, I taper using the same dose for one week at a time like this: 25, 50, 75, 100, 100, 75, 50, 25 over 8 weeks. I've gone up to 125 and extended out to 10 weeks, but this schedule here is a no-brainer IMO.

If UR bulking, IMO, I'd leave it out.

You don’t need that much.
You need to look at BB as a long-term investment.
Your body will fight most changes that happen too fast.
Slow and steady and keep your gains and your health!
