guys today is my fourth day from 205lbs i have gone up to 213.
drop by my cycle journal opnce in a while to check out my progress. by the way i dont like my cycle i could have gained 8 pounds of solid muscle in 10mins with muscletech supps. JK

That's a great feeling. Bulking cycles are definitely a blast!

Just a few cents if you care to listen bro...

Alot of guys eat everything in sight including lots of saturated fats and simple carbs, sugar, etc... like burgers, doughnuts and all that shit. It does all build muscle, because when bulking you NEVER want to leave those muscles without calories and aminos. BUT, if you eat fairly clean, I can guarantee that you'll feel alot better when it comes time to go "off", and really appreciate your efforts when it comes time to cut up again. Cheats are great, but IMO, that's what they should be, cheats, not the norm.

this one hell of an advice that u gave me hear. at this time am kinda eating pretty fucking crazy but i am not eatine saturated fats and simple sugars. my carbs come from breads and rice and my protien comes from meat cheese and milk and protien shakes.

but most likly that is not a soild gain, most people flucuate up and down 5 or so pounds daily,probly water,now that i see ur on a bomb im sure its mostly water

Im having a hard time eating. so if you can eat ....eat it all. leave the cutting to the cutting cycle .....increase your water it will help your pumps and keep your kidneys & liver fresh
