a: do you just pop them or let them dissolve under your tongue?

b: for thoes who have used thai dbol what shouls it taste like ?

c:if you let them dissolve how fast should they take ?

I've always swallowed them, unless it was chinamans stuff, then I'd chew em up.

a) Let um disolve. (why? I don't know. You don't need to. I just do.)

b) No experience with Thai's.

c) They disolve quick, in a minute or so.

But if you have stomach problems, Then let them dissolve under the tongue.
