cheating on my running test

I got a running test comin' up and I cannot run at all and have no motivation to train. What would be a good cheating plan.

I was kinda thinking of using some speed but I don't know just how much it's gonna improve me. I mean some ephedrine also makes you feel good but it's not like someone who can only run 1 mile is all of a sudden gonna run 5 miles on E alone.

I really need something. What would do the trick? I'll try anything once ;)

Two more quetions I just thought off:

1) normally I would have started my bulking cycle oct 1st. Would the weight I gain from it help or hinder my running performance?

2) Anyone ever tried Nubain? I know it's highly addcitive, but could it hurt if you just took it for one day?

i say.....suck it up and c how far u can push yourself.....u do it in the gym right??y not here.????it will only make u stronger.
 
Speed....Nubaine???

Those two would definitly screw up your running. Train hard for a week or however much time you have. The results would be much better.

BTW....do you need nubaine cause you're injured? Otherwise it's not smart to use that shit especially since you're on.
 
if you're runnning long distance ephedrine/caffeine could hinder you. It will jack your HR up and you'll probably run out of gas sooner. If your doing 1-2 mile for time then maybe it would help a little
