Why would one use Winstrol "oral" at the end of a cycle?

Does this allow permant gains or hardens the look?

I relize that I had put this at the end of the cycle and then was unsure why?

Less fluid retention than most other AAS,so it does harden things up,don't think it helps gains much but it does have a short half life so it works well at the end of the cycle for that reason too.

Yup, it helps you look more hard, vascular, and to help hold onto your gains.
