I have been getting cramps in my hamstrings and havent done legs in 5 or 6 days and now also got them in my biceps after a good back/bicep workout last night.. was trying to wash my hair and my bolth arms locked up for a minute or so and the cramps came back sporadically after that. I am running
test cyp 600mg EW and Fina 135mg EOD. Is there a vitamin or supplement I am missing. I take milk thistle and cran extract and vit c and a multi. Thought maybe Potassium was low so started drinking OJ and eating banannas.. any other thoughts.. my buddy suggested magnesium.. what do you think???
