Baking Gear?

I have a question that maybe you guys could help me with. When you bake your gear what temp do you bake it at? Also how long do you bake it? One more thing do you put a needle in the stopper to let air out? Thanks for all the help guys.

Boiling different types of gear

boiling point of water, so anything with a melting
point < 100 could be destroyed by boiling. So it looks
like you shouldn't boil deca or test enanth., but you
can boil the shit out of equipoise or winstrol.

So I should only bake prop at a hundred degrees or so? If I boil it at 250 then it could destroy it? Thanks for the advise also.

Anybody ever use a pressure cooker?
I used to sterilize things for brewing this way and it worked great.

If I bake prop will it take the BITE out of it I'm getting tore up here gotta knock the ba down. Shit I did shoulder injects sunday I've got bruises all the way down to my bi's.
