I've had the priveledge of working with Jamal Anderson 3 times this year(he is one of my buddies good friends) along with a couple other college linemen and they were telling me about timed sets. He he works his chest 2 times a week. Once normally(incline, flat, decline,) then does timed sets once a week. He does 50%-60% of his max weight on all three of those without rest between sets. Ex: Does 10 reps on bench, goes straight to incline, then straight to decline, rests for 45 seconds and repeats twice. I guess it is supposed to rip the hell out of your chest. Anyone heard of this or have any comments?

You need to define more on what "rip" the hell out of your chest means exactly.

Sorry. Shed some fat from that area and help with endurance and definition. I want to try it, but wanted to see if anyone had tried anything similar.

IT'S A GOOD SUPERSET AND IT WILL DEFINITELY SHOCK YOUR MUSCLE, BUT I WOULDN'T DO IT MORE THAN ONCE MAYBE TWICE A MONTH, VERY EASY TO OVERTRAIN.
