Progress Chart

Does anybody have a copy of a progress chart that they use to keep records of sets, reps, weight, etc.? If you have one in excel or some other format please send a copy to [email protected] or paste it here.

i use too ..but now i use the mirrior ...i dont powerlift so i really have no use to look and see how much weight i have increased in my lifts ...i would rather concentrate on formrather than weight ...i change workout splits and exercises often too ..i do 3 sets with 2 warm ups ..and either 6-8 reps heavy or 10-12 lighter ...
