5'10" 200lbs 15%BF

As for gear you have seen my stack!

what ya guys think.. Taper diet. Stronger Carbs in morning.. almost none in evening. with Fats in the end.

180-230 Protein (Depending on dinner)
180 Carbs (Roughly- Have not accounted for greens)
9 + 39/28/35 Fat (Depending on dinner)


Meal #1 "Breakfast" (7:00)
1 Myoplex 42 P 24 C 2 F
1 Banana 1 P 27 C 1 F


Meal #2 (10:30)
2 Scoops of Designer Protein 35 P 5.6 C 2.4 F
1 Banana 1 P 27 C 1 F


Meal #3 "Lunch" (12:30)
6 oz Can Star-Kist Chunk Light Tuna 39 P 0 C 15 F
Greens


Meal #4 A&B (Pre and Post-Workout Drink) (4:00) and (7:00ish)
1 Scoop of Designer Protein 17.5 P 2.8 C 1.2 F
50 Grams of Maltodextrin 0 P 50 C 0 F
5 grams of Glutamine
5 grams of Creatine


Meal #5 "Dinner" (8:00ish)
5 whole eggs “Hardboiled” 30 P 0 C 25 F
1/2 cup vegetables (Greens)
2 teaspoons of flax oil

Or

8 oz extra lean beef 50 P 0 C 14 F
1/2 cup vegetables (Greens)
2 teaspoons of flax oil

Or

1 can of Salmon 84 P 0 C 35 F
1/2 cup vegetables (Greens)

SEEMS PRETTY GOOD, BUT I WOULD RATHER REPLACE THE BANANA WITH 1/2 CUP OF OATMEAL(UNCOOKED). IT HAS MORE FIBER AND WILL KEEP BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS MORE STABLE, MAYBE ADD A FEW STRAWBERRIES AND CINNAMON TO SWEETEN THE OATMEAL.I WOULD ALSO ONLY USE 1TBS OF FLAX AND DRIZZLE SOME OLIVE OIL, TO GET A BETTER BALANCE OF OMEGA FATS

I agree with the oatmeal suggestion. Carbs are more complex than the ones in a banana. Just make sure you do get enough protien. Don't want to drop into the Muscle supply.

Does anyone else use any other oils like daddy48? Seem to be a good idea. And I love dishes with olive oil.

Is Oil 14grams per teaspoon on any type? dont have on at work to referance?

So 1bigmus would u change both meals from bananaa to oatmeal or just one..

I though that the potasium might help with cramps in the muscles?

OLIVE OIL: 1 TABLESPOON 120 CALORIES/14 GRAMS OF FAT/2 GRM SAT. FAT/1.5 GRM POLYUNSATURATED FAT/10 GRM MONOUNSATURATED FAT. MULTI-VITAMINS SHOULD TAKE CARE OF YOUR POTASSIUM INTAKE, THIS IS ASSUMING YOUR TRYING TO DROP BODYFAT OF COURSE.
