Guys ive got a dilema. You see im really not happy with the way my last cycle went, wich was my second i didnt really keep much of my gains. i think i might have kept like 7 lbs or so. Anyways my stats are 6'0 and about 230ish right now. My question is should i do a cutting cycle next or should i bulk up. My bf% is somewhere around 12%. I really cant seem to make up my mind to either bulk up or get really ripped. These are the two cycles im thinking of running. Of course my diet, and cardio will depend on the cycle i choose. Btw im 20 years old

BULKING
1gram/week test 1-10
fina 75mg ed week 2-10
eq 400mg/week 1-10

CUTTING
250mg/week test 1-10
fina 75 mg ed week 2-10
eq 400mg/week 1-10

Are you as big as you want to be? I'm not...so I'm not even thinking about cutting cycles. I'd say to continue bulking until you are happy...then cut. :D

Bulk. Winter is coming and you can wear sweaters/sweatshirts to hide your bulk. Then cut for next summer!

The other bro's are correct, always bulk before cutting. However, keep in mind that several bodybuilders learned how to maintain or actually gain weight up to a competition (getting cut-up): Arnold, Cory Everson, and probably several of todays champs do as well. I remember a few local competitors who learned how to do this, too. It takes time, and you have to get to know your body really well. It beats killing yourself with a crappy low-cal diet, and losing all of your hard-earned bodyweight & size. My bodyweight only fluctuated about 5 pounds for my last competition, and I was gaining weight up until the last couple weeks before the show, during which I lost the 5 lbs. Probably mostly water weight. I think if you eat "solid" and "clean," you can bulk and cut at the same time while on a cycle!

If you didn't gain or keep what you had from your last cycle then get it back. Bulk
I think a Gram a week is too much.
What was you cycle last time?

i kept about 7 lbs from my last cycle, but i was hoping for around 15 lbs. I ate good, trained hard, and slept well, i really dont know what the problem was.

my last cycle was:

1-4 25mg dball ed
1-10 600mg/week t200
1-10 400 mg/week eq

At 6'0 230lbs. if you're really only 12% bf than you're a fucking beast bro......I'm going to assume you're more like 14 or 15% by the way you sound. Assuming that, I'd do a leaning/harding type cycle because you've already got the perfect frame to work with. Test Prop/Eq/Fina would be a nice cycle for a guy like you. You might even put on some weight but it'll be hard lean weight and not more bulky mass like you've already got plenty of........I'm definitely saying to go leaning/hardening. I think my cycle for you is perfect for you.........email me if you have any questions.

well im definately not a monster yet lol. Some people might think so i guess. I think i have that little man syndrome thing. A cycle like you posted would be awesome cept for its gonna be winter pretty soon and i dont think my diet will be really great for cutting up. im gonna give it some more thought cause im really not sure what in the heck i wanna do. thanks for the suggestions though guys.
