how much test you all use/wk ???

Just wondering how much test you guys take during a cycle...

I'm taking 500mg/wk now but I'm thinking of more for my next...

I've read about guys taking 3-5 grams/wk but that seems extreme.

What's the consensus here?
 
The amount of Test you take a week is much less important then how you train, eat and rest on a cycle. Too much emphasis is placed upon AAS and large amounts or radical stacks. Unless you plan to compete..you are wasting your time and doing more harm than good. I believe that anything over 750mg a week is overkill. I gained just as much on 600mg a week as I did 750. My diet and training were much better on the lower doses..hence better results.

Having a good diet,training (resting) plan should be your foundation...what AAS doseage,duration and type should come secondary....456

its all be said right there ...i am on 400mg a week right now ..but its my 16th week :D
 
my first cycle i did 400mgs a week. had to stop in week 3.

second cycle i did 500mgs for 9 weeks.'

this cycle im going to do eod injections of sus 300. im starting it october 1st. i cant wait!
 
Hey bro,

Atleast a gram per week for me. My gains from 500mg to a gram were so much better that I won't do any less than a gram. Fina and test cycle last time put on 25 pds and kept 15 of them. Just began same cycle again and expect similiar results. As has been said : Diet, training, and rest are crucial.

awesome i cant wait to try a gram in a couple weeks
