Well my fall cycle should normally start in a week, although I may delay it due to some personal problems.

I just want you guys to see if I haven't forgotten anything...

off course I have my gear and anti-e's
I have bought plenty of protein powder
there is enough food around the house
I have a multivitamin and a multimineral supplement
I have some extra high dosed magnesium, potassium and vit c
I have allready made my workout plan
I have some sleeping aids
I have some pure ephedrine on hand
I still have to buy needles, but I don't think I can forget that.
I also have to buy some off those little round plasters to put on my but after injecting
I have bought a new bottle of desinfecting alcohol

So what else I need?

Well I still have to find a doctor, which is going to help me with my blood pressure and who understand I wont be quitting my cycle. This is gonna be though.

Actually not. I can't find cheap ALA around here, and milk thistle isn't that inexpensive either. At what doses should you take milk thistle?

Well i have just been searching and the cheapest milk thistle I can find is 25$ for a bottle of 90 100mg tabs. Is this a good price? And how much mg do I need a day?

Heard the ALA is more effective. Try your best to get that if you can.
BTW dont forget the juice!!! J/K whats the next cycle?

500 enanthate and 400 deca a week. Starting off with 40 mg dbol/ for the first 4 weeks.

Well I like to keep everything in the 8-12 rep range. I grow easily and am very prone to overtraining, so 4 exercises of 4 sets for each bodypart will suffise I guess. I normally train only 3 days a week, but I think I will divide it into five for the duration of the cycle and put more effort into each training session.

You need some cotton balls to clean your inject site and your vial tops. check out vitaminworld.com they have pretty good deal on Thistle AND ALA.........456

Oh yeah something to put empty used pins in also...I recommend empty clothes detergent bottle;)
