Workouts while on the juice

Sup fellas? Please do me a favor, if you guys have a second let me know what kind of workout you guys do while on. I'm looking for days, sets, and reps. I'm just trying to get a few ideas. Thanks. :D
 
Mon:Back/Biceps/Abs (i do that because everyone else works chest on monday)
Tue:Chest/Triceps
Weds:Legs/Abs
Thurs:Cardo
Fir:Shoulders/Abs
Sat:Weak-point training
Sun:Rest
 
this is mine
mon chest tri's abs cardio
tue legs abs
wed back bi's cardio
thur shoulders abs cardio
fri bi's tri's abs cardio
abs+cardio can be a hit or miss thing depending wether I can get away from the steel plates or not.
 
what about sets?

Everyone seems to have similar splits (each part hit once a week) but how much is your quantity?

I generally only do about 7-9 sets for large parts, 3-5 for smaller (arms included).
 
Not that Im a world class BB or lifter, Not even close, but I always felt it was more effective to start the week with shoulders (after your rest day). When I do shoulders withing 1-2 days of doing chest, my military press seriously suffers. Maybe b/c I do some inclines everychest workout, but because of that I start the week with shoulders, back on tue, chest on wed, arms on thurs, legs sat. Abs alternate with cardio ED for 30 min. But Im still fat.
 
I don’t go by the days of the week.
Day 1 Chest, Tris and Shoulders
Day 2 Legs, Abs
Day 3 Back and Biceps
Day 4 Rest, Abs
Then I start over…
 
day
1 - chest, bicep
2 - shoulder, tricep
3 - rest
4 - legs
5 - back bicep
6 - chest, tricep
7 - rest
1 - shoulder, bicep
2 - repeat.

i know this is a wierd schedule but i like to keep things mixed up so that is koo.
 
Right now:
Day 1 : Chest, Shoulder, Tri
Day 2 : Abs manily rest
Day 3 : Back, Bi, Forearms
Day 4 : Quads, Hams & calves
Day 5: Rest
Day 6: Repeat Cycle
 
I'm in cutting mode:

M - Abs/Heavy Cardio
T - Light Cardio, Quads, Chest, Upper Back
W - Abs/Heavy Cardio
T - Light Cardio, Lower Back, Arms, Calves
F - Abs/Heavy Cardio
