Long Term Cycles

Its hard to find info on longer cycles ie: 6 months or so.
I was wondering if you vets can lay some out, what you would do, what you have done, for how long.
I know my stuff, so don't worry about fillin my in on the logical stuff such as anti-e's and post cycle therapy.
With a long term cycle the only sure thing that I know is Test as the building block, as with any cycle.

yeah, just do 10 weeks normally, and then bump up the dose a little

like 750 test, 400 eq then 1000 test, 600 eq something like that.

you could switch esters also, like enanthate weeks 1-10, prop weeks 11-20

all a matter of preference.
 
on FB a guy just came off a 3 yr cycle might want to email him--and professionalmuscle.com has a few pros--might want to pm some of them---and jumbo's board talks about that stuff--but this board has A LOT of very knowledgable guys i would listen to everyone here first--if they say 20 wks is the longest then there are damn good reasons for it
 
Most guys that stay on year round, don't do everything continously.. You have your test, the mainstay of most pros. that will be you base.. This you will stay on all the time, the numbers are the only things that fluxuates . now for a ten week peroid you may add 2 or 3 other drugs and up the test.. afterwards drop everything but the test an d rop this down to your normal dose in a thre week peroid 1000mgs to 750 to 500 mgs like that.. the stay at this level for a few weeks, then move to bump in gear, both in different and more of .. and so and so on.
 
i just came off a very long cycle, and to be honest im not impressed. i think i started in feb, took a 3 wk break in may i think, then ive been on untill a few days ago.

i dont think i let the cycle reach anywhere near its potential, i got sick too many times, partied too much, got lazy too much, and a undercaloried diet...

not only for mental reasons will i be doing shorter cycles from now, on but also for hormonal reasons.

i myself start to plateu after about 8 wks on a cycle. i keep gaining but its very slow, just a little faster than what natural gains once were for me.

bumping up doses helped only for a few wks. and when the gains slow so did my motivation. even though thought to be "oldschool" pyramiding up does have a purpose, and it has to do with whats written below.

when your on test you body tries to reach homeostasis, and one of the ways it does that is by jacking up SHBG, so your injecting a ton of test every wk, but after so long your body is just almost normal, due to the rise in shbg, the actual amount of test left to build muscle is low.

ui havent tried it yet, but i plan to soon, but i think if someone was to want to do a long cycle something on this order would be more productive.

use fast or slow esters, but every 8 wks or so go off the gear or just go very low dose, and do a 3 wk break of clomid (or nolva) and hcg at about 300-500iu ed.

by lowering the dose or coming off, even though your not fully recovering, your freshening up and letting shbg drop back down, and the clomid and hcg will keep your test production up so you never experience a crash due to low hormones.

basically just a bunch of mini bridges but with a twist.

switching types of gear is also a must in my opinion, it will help keep your body from adapting.


but id consult with som bros who have more experince in this kinda thing, i wrote what i will be trying, but i have little experince in this kinda thing.

please post here what others say on other boards, im curious myself.

i'm just ending a 12 wk cycle this week. i pretty much leveled off as far as weight and stenght close to my 9-10th week. i couldnt imagaine going more than 12. i think my next one i will do 10 wks but up the stuff
 
If you want my honest opinion, stick to short esters:

test prop/fina/nanadrole phenylprop/no ester eq/ dbol/halo/winny etc and just do 8 on 6 off.

that would be healthier than doing year long IMO

also, the gains would be great.
