Who here weighs there food

just wondering how many bros weigh there food out?

I used to just eat and found that i put on size but alot of fat with it. since my portions of food were way too large i would eat like 2 16 oz steaks in 2 sittings

now i weigh my food eat proper portions and i'm finding that i'm growing alot better and not getting fat plus eating 16 oz portions of steak i figure your wasting a shit load of protein since your body can only use so much at a time, my grocery bill isn't as large either
 
Well on a diet it is very handy to weigh it off course. If you are not working exact, resulst won't be great either.
 
i usually dont weight my food persay, but i dont tend to go overboard on the size of my meals. I try not to overdue my protein per meal, i usually try for about 40-50 grams per meal. I dont eat a lot of bad fats, just a few tablespoons of MCT per day. For carbs i usually just eat oats, wheat pasta, bagels, yams, etc. I should probally start weighing out my food though.
 
I did originally, but know I know what a 8 oz peice of chicken looks like and which bowles in my house hold so many ounces.

I just guestimate now unless i'm eating somthing differrent
 
Never have weighted my food. If you watch what you eat all the time you can pretty much guess the portion after a little bit. Or at least I think so. Might be wrong though. :D
 
i weigh mine when getting ready for a contest. got some cool digital scales really help know what i am eating
 
I package everything in meals but not exact weight.
I bet my meal is close to what I am looking for 6,8 or 12 oz.
I should check it – Good Idea.
I track everything and measure my water.
