Is cereal bad for you?

Bran flakes and add raisans .....protein,Fiber plus anti tox(raisans)

I like high protein cereals like Special K. I premix my chocolate protein powder with some milk and poor that over the cereal.

Good stuff, high in sugar, low in fat, and some protein too....

ok, so it's not the greatest, but it sure does taste good with some skim milk, banannas and strawberries.

Yeah, those Special K Red Berries kick some serious ass!!!!!!! That new organic cereal called "Kashi" is actually damn good....made from all natural stuff so it tastes just a bit bland but I like it and it actually has some protein in it and it's loaded with fiber.......

I eat that when i'm cutting, great way to get some good carbs.

Make sure you check out the sugar content of any cereal. Also look at the portion size, because a big bowl might have 80+ grams of carbs. A lot of the portion sizes are like 1/4 - 1/2 cup. When eating cereal, I try and mix in some fiber one or some such (if I don't eat them alone).

As for the kashi stuff, most of the protein is coming from soy, so depending on how you feel about soy protein, that might not be a good thing.

I never eat cereal...too much sugar. It's a cup of oatmeal with a banana sliced up and a bit of skim milk every morning for me. But if I do eat some, I go with Special K.

I eat Franken Berry, Count Chocula, BooBerry, and the oldies Fruit Brute and Yummy Mummy. They are classics, like me.

Rice crispies.....the chocolate ones.....cocoa crispies thats it. I eat about 3-4 bowls of those ED..hey..I use skim milk! Doesn't matter right now..cause I'm fat.....456
