OK...somehow I met this guy at my gym a few months ago....ex marine with tatoos and all. He's does nothing but chest and bis. I asked him how often he trains bis...3 times/wk and he said he doesn't really work anything else (besides chest every other day) because he doesn't know how.

A few weeks ago, he started talking to me about gear (I played dumb) and then proceeded to tell me he was on a 5 week sus cycle at 250 mgs Instead of wasting my time giving this guy advice, I told him to start reading muscle mags but I think he's beyond help. Plus, he brings up juice so much, I think he might be a cop...either that or he's one of the dumbest morons I've ever met in the gym.

WTF... c'mon. You would think police would be more educated in this. First of all.. get a juicer to bust a juicer.. not someone who "thinks" they know what they are talking about.

The whole "undercover" thing... think about it... "fit the part." ... some common sense. You talk to a bro who seems to know his shit... and sometimes.. people let thier guard down. Be careful and just avoid him... almost like he's an annoyance.

Seriously though, someone who talks like that IS AN ANNOYANCE at the gym. All talk and no iron. Get a set of headphones, and block him out ... grow grow grow.. and every once and a while when you need a break between sets... just look at him ... "talking to someone else" .. and laugh...

So I guess the trend would be ... grow laugh grow laugh grow laugh... sounds like a good/happy day to me.

hey , hey easy there Im AN EX MARINE and a cop IM not ! thats one of the worst things you could say to me I have a special hate for them......my 15 page driving record is just the starting point and I have tattoos you wouldn't dare even try to even think I was pig if you saw me and you wouldn't say that stupid shit to me ......calm down this could be just some dumb ass tring to make a friend .........be careful but that's just cold to be calling someone a cop .......It don't get much lower

i got all the Respect in the world for men/women in the millitary, but cops shouldnt be wasting their time busting people using AAS, theres plenty of real criminals out there.

I totally agree. It sucks that pigs bust AS users when they all know they want some for themselves. Even if this idiot isn't a cop though, I'm avoiding him anyway because he's such a moron. The gym isn't for socializing and I'm not there to make friends.
