I hate my bf level, it never seems to go down! It's like when I'm working out alot more I start eating alot more and then I feel & even seem to look fatter!
Should I completely stop lifting for a week or 2 and just concentrate on nothing but cardio! I wanna be lean, I'm tired of having this massy look to me!! Need some help guys?
Give me anything you got from types of AS to use or supplements, exercises to do foods to eat and not too I want it all!

Have you tried a cutting cycle like prop/fina with some T3 and clen? Could do that. Through in some ALA too.

I'd go with User. Drop Calories drastically, use some cutting AS to keep your muscle and go on a CKD and you'll start looking great within a month!

No but what thinking about it though! Been thinking about either prop/eq or prop/halo! Still unsure??

I'd go intense with little to no rest on your lifting, and add in 20 minutes of intense cardio (interval is great), watch your carbs (make sure everything is high quality), and up your fiber intake as much as you can handle.

And, ALA is great.

Should I go lighter weights when lifting w/more reps? My carbs intake is probably high...but lately I have been eating alot of fiber! How much on the ALA do you recommend around 500-600Mg with each meal or what?

bump, Id like to know too.

You'll probably find yourself going lighter on subsequent sets because you will be more fatigued, but I don't believe you need to up the reps to lose weight. It's all about intensity, and getting your metabolism going. Low intensity cardio is great for burning fat while you are doing it, but as soon as you are done, your metabolism drops. High intensity stuff raises your metabolism while you are doing it, and then even more afterwards (for a day or two, I've seen studies but forget the actual number of hours).

Definitely get the carbs under control if you are wanting to lose fat. It helps me to eat my protein first, then some fiber and maybe a salad (no dressing or light italian), and then I'm not terribly hungry for carbs.

As for the ALA, I take amounts depending on my carb intake. If I'm going to eat light carbs (just veggies), I'll take 250mg. If I'm eating a higher carb meal, I'll take up to 750mg. I'd be interested in hearing what amounts others are taking.

I would not reccomend to stop lifting at all or even going lighter as well.
Keep them pumps coming as that also helps a lot with burning fat. But, ass in more cardio.
I would say intense cardio. Try to keep it at 75% of you max heart rate. 6 days a week. Diet is most important. Cut back on carbs after 3pm and you should be fine. Take in lots of protein. At least 1 grm -1.5 grams per pound of body weight and drink 1 gallon of water per 100 pounds of body weight. It will come.
Ill tell yo what I do and I am seeing very good results. I have not checked my b/f yet as I am still waiting on those calipers but, the clothes fit differently and I am harder.

I run in the am. 4 miles takes me 47 minutes. I started off with intervals and that kicks ass big time.
At night I train hard. 1 bodypart per week with the exception on the stomach. I do stomach 3 days a week.

I am not sure if you can train twice a day or not but if so, try that or if not, lift and then do cardio and dont do cardio the same time as legs.

Cool, Im seeing some good info here that relates to my latest post too. Thanks!

Yeah, diet is most important, imo as well. And I agree that cardio is best either after lifting, or first thing in the morning (if you don't lift then) on an empty stomach. Both of those times, you should be glycogen depleted, so your body will have to use fat for energy.

Also, I forgot to say, if you are not doing it already, taking in the same number calories as you are now but over more meals should help your metabolism as well. At a minimum, eat 6 smaller meals a day.

dont stop lifting while you diet, lifting weights increases your metabolism throughout the day, while cardio only increases it for a short duration.

Just drop your calories by 300-500 each week (through carbs and fat...not protein) until you reach a good maintenance level. Keep the protein very high, carbs moderate, and fat LOW. Stay away from sugar, sodium, and saturated fats...read labels like it's your job. You've got to be on a mission. Keep lifting heavy but start doing cardio 4 times/wk. for 30 minutes. I like to run at 5-6 mph on the treadmill for that time. Run one of those cutting cycles and voila, you'll be ripped.

What's your BF % now? It takes time to drop this...but it will happen if you keep at it, staying strict and consistent with the diet. The workouts are the easy part.

I'd also ask O2BESOHUGE about cutting, he seems to know what's up here. Have you seen his pics?

Real good answers and it DOES work. Not to get long winded but I had a serious weight problem when I was in my early 20's. Im talkin 334lbs. 50 inch waist and 44 inch chest. It sucked and doing exactly what everyone here is talkin about Im down to 235lbs. 36inch waist and 49 inch chest. Patience is also a BIG key. Im on a test/tren/winny combo with usnic acid,NYC,ALA and about 2 gallons a water a day. Its a bitch but it will come brother, trust me!

There's some damn good info on here!

I always try and stay lean. I use Clen and EPH to help burn up the fat.
5 miles running 4 times per week and clean diet is the key.
Cardio and diet will get you there!

I'm with Bigup. I walk for an hour every morning, and the fat just melts off when you clean up your diet.

Now if I could just clean my room, I'd be in good shape.
