The cop fucked up... He had no right in going into that container...Peroid. This makes it an unwarrented search...
 
They say "one container was open".
Just about the only way that would happen is if the theives opened it.
basically he somehow let some punks know what he had. they broke in, and pulled the cops down on his head.
 
i'm pretty sure the same idiots who'd break a door with a crowbar would also use it on the storage containers.

The guy's in trouble anyway. The cops might catch the creeps who did it, ask them where they got all that AS and then .... (seems far-fetched but it happened to someone I know)
 
If you broke into that container... would you have left all that gear?
 
It was only worth 11 million in cop money. They always add at least one zero at the end so it was really only worth about 1.1 million.
