Help Me Help Myself!

I am having the worste time cutting up. I have always been a kinda fat guy. The lowest my body fat has everbeen was probably 18% and that was when I was 21. I am now 27 and really trying to get to that 8-10% area. I bet my bf is 25% right now. Anyway I have been dieting for a month or so now and have not really seen that good of improvements. I eat real clean on the weekdays but lose motivition on the weekends. Plus I just hate cardio. Can never get my ass up in the morning, I work at 7:00 am so cardio would have to be at like 5:00. I have been taking 40-80mg of Ephedra daily but when I take the 80 I cant sleep till late. Iwas thinking of using some sort of sleeping pill to help but I don't want to be taking apill to get up and one to go down. Help me out guys. I have been to this point so many times and not been able to go beyond I am begining to get frustrated.
 
no--it not too extreme--you are boardline obese--like SC said drop the calorie up the cardio, some clen/T3 and ECA wont hurt
 
you'll get better results by eating more frequently instead of dropping meals. Make those more frequent meals smaller. There was just a thread about this in the last couple of days... I'll try and bump it for you.
 
I am not borderline obese. at least I don't look it. I am 60 215 and wear a size 34 pant. But the bf scale I bought says 25%
 
Those body fat scales can be garbage, imo. Mine shows about twice what my calipers show. I bumped the other thread, btw - it's titled "bodyfat"
 
I eat 5 meals a day. well 3 meals and 2 protien shakes. Morning oatmeal with craisins
noon chicken with bbq sauce
supper something with noodles or steak
2 protien shakes 6 carbs 50 protien each
 
you should eat at least 6 meals a day. Cut the bbq on the chicken (basically sugar - there are lot's of better alternatives)... Try and not eat carbs after 7pm. That other thread has a lot of other advice.
 
How much are you eating of everything?

What kind of prot. powder is that you are on. 50 sounds like a lot of grams of protein at one time when not bulking and not a post workout shake. Maybe try to make the shakes a little smaller and use them as an addition to meals.

And quit being a baby about gettign up in the morning. I know it is hard as hell and I hate it with a pasion but everytime i cut the first few days are rough but I just tell myself that if I dont do it no one will care, but if I do it and people notice how cut up I get they will care. Make every one notice you!!!!

Another one that works sometimes is to jsut tell myself I am being a pussy and then ask myself how I could ever expect to accomplish anything in life if I can't even get my a$$ out of bed? Ok so I am pretty hard on myself sometimes.
 
Also, set some cutting goals, make a commitment to take and post pictures in like 6 weeks or even 12 weeks. Take pictures now. Give yourself a deadline, come up with a plan, and stick to it. It's amazing how quickly those 6 or 12 weeks will pass. Think back to 6 (or 12) weeks ago - seems like yesterday, huh?
 
Hold on here, I have some advice, but you have a 34" waist? I don't think you could be remotely considered even fat at that, let alone obese? I don't think?.. I'm 6'1 220 I've been dieting and losing weight for a while, my progress pictures are in the members pic section, my abs are coming through and I have a 34" waist, I believe I'm at about 14%

Personally I have been able to make major strides as you can see in my pictures by following a strict diet, and doing alot of cardio. I've tried this before but whats really helped me out this time is that I've been logging everything i eat.. all throughout the day, on a website, since it's not a piece of paper I can leave somewhere I can do it at home, or at work, it works awesome for me, and i've made some major progress, I eat probably 8 times a day or so, like 5 are somewhat meals, others are snacking. my diet journal is located here.

Well, I tried to post the journal but the link was too long, it is at www.extreme-athlete.com in their forum section they have a forum dedicated to training and diet journals, mine is usually always at the top cuz i update it every day.

you should really try keeping a journal
 
just because you waist is 34 dosen't mean his stomac isn't 40 ......cardio every day and high protein low carb less than 2400 cals a day it's not that hard .....ECA stack drink 2 gallions of water every day
 
Yeah, definitely do that. If you aren't happy with your current body fat, though (regardless of the percentage), the same things will drop it.
 
add CLA to depleat fat stores and just suck it up do the cardio .....Imin the same boat with the cardio.......high test has cut my body fat big time
 
rugbythug I got this one all under control for ya just open your wallet LOL. First I hope someone else is measuring your bf cause it will be more accurate than you doing it. Your and mine stats are close I've been bouncing around since march/april was at 200 lbs/23%bf dropped naturally then did a bulk cycle anyhow this is my current cutting cycle where I lost 4%bf in 3-4 weeks
fina 100mgs ed
test prop 100 mgs ed
eq 450 week (150x3 per week)
liquid t-3 started 2 weeks into cycle ramp up ramp down
liquid clen/eca 2weeks on 2 off mine is a little tweaked for specific reasons
liquidex .5 ed
ala 3000 mgs (1000 after every major carb meal)
Milk thistle 2000 mgs ed
I do cardio in the pm after work 20 mins max 3-4 times per week.
My biggest dedication has been to eat clean.
