ya i get that about every 6 months--there is usually a week that i get maybe 10 hrs and then bam back to normal--it just takes time--if it lasts go to the doc

Zolpidem hemitartrate, usually called ambien in the US I think, helped when I had insomnia. It will give you that extra edge you need to sleep.

Ok, this is a good topic for me to ask some of you for this help. I have been tired lately, and too much shit has been going on and I want to forget everything at least for 20 hours by sleeping. Is there anything that I can buy at any drug store cvs/osco walgreens that will knock me down for a long period of time, like 20 hours straight of sleeping deep sleep.. that way i can get some good rest

No man I'm serious about this. I need something strong that will put me to sleep like for 20 hours.. I've been goingh through some personal shit lately and had some major problems with my gf, and everything just seems to be falling apart. I'm not giving up but all I need is something that will knock me down... for the hours...

seems like maybe you should talk to someone other than try to sleep it away bro. sleep doesnt make the problems disappear = hell, you could even wind up dreaming about your problems for a whole 20 hours! look at it that way bro.

Mad, i have the same symptoms, i cant freaking sleep, esp the last 3 days, this really bites, i averaged like 2-4 hrs a nite cuz a gurl im talking to. why do they play freaking games like that? this is really playing mental games with my head, espicially if i cant come check out whats going on in here for 3 days. what to do?

I am sorry to hear that.....the best thing might be that you move on from your relationship if you feel unhappy my friend and no pill will make that disappear.
