How long are work outs

Ok im done working out in like 45min good or bad

Im hurt so i cant do legs, and i cant arch my back, should i add more stuff or just go with what i have been doing
 
45min to an hour for me. I dont like to take too much time between sets so i can stay focused and intense.
 
I try and keep it under an hour, but sometimes that stretches into 1.5. Basically, I'm resting too much between sets.
 
about an hour here.....depending on if I am tired after a big day!!
 
2-3 hrs, four days a week. Includes 30-45 min cardio. My damn lifting partner is like gabby gertrude
 
...anywhere from 40 mins to a little over an hour, depending on what i m doing...but i do not talk to ANYONE, i hate that shit...
