Honesty.... If you agree to a transaction and a process then both parties should honestly abide by it. I'm still waiting for cards from an Aug 1 order........ still getting the run around....

honesty, even when they are scamming you. LOL
If there going to "stick it to ya" they could at least let ya know so you can get things rollin on using another source.
They already got your money they can at least give you that.

My source is golden! :) i will not even refer my friends to him. I want to keep him undercover for selective few that know him he takes care of us! cell phone #, fast replys and honest as hell!..i guess im just lucky :) :D :D :D

time isnt a big issue as long as its communicated roughly how long it will take.

prices attract customers, good service keeps them, and good service keeps angry customers from recomending others to stay away from a source.

as long as the source communicates and answers emails and is honest with whats going on, all is well. when someone doesnt answer emails, well........ thats just plain disrespectful and lazy. it only takes 1 min to write an email.

turnaround. that includes email turnaround. your basic 'customer service'.

seems to me that most of the 'honesty' complaints are about having to wait for something. people say they 'don't mind waiting', they just want 'an honest estimate'. but they do mind waiting (doesn't everybody?)
