Article about US!!

Gee, a friggin article saying we care about what we look like. I guess a fat lil bastard wrote that to make himself feel better. Geeeeeezz

I think it's funny that they are talking about this as a new thing.

and it took them this long!!i mean...i am not and probably never will b big enuf in my own eyes....but as far as the ass and hips thing.....I KNOW THEY LOOK GOOD SO I DONT HAVE 2 WORRY !! :)

I am guilty ... always think my arms are small... was 2 weeks into a light cutting cycle and my 5 year old says daddy your arms are getting smaller. Well upped the doses and full blown bulk cycle after that. am 6'2" and now 270lbs some fat around the waist but all around just getting huge. But thinking I am small really motivates me to train hard.

Someone should study the psychology that motivates a " fat Pig" or a "bony weakling" to walk around the beach or anywhere in public with out a shirt on.

I feel pretty good about my body. Especially since I am getting a little older and more confident in general. But, I am always amazed at how some people don't give a shit about what they look and feel like.

Instead of trying to figure out why someone would want to look and feel good and be in shape. I am trying to understand why someone would'nt.

I think that muscle dysmorphia would better discribe the fat ass walking around in spandex thinking they look good.

But if someone were to be completely satified with the way they look, what would motivate them to get up at 0245 to do cardio?

I think we re like a different breed in someways to the average joe who doesnt touch weight. Like they say bodybuilding is not a hobby - its a lifestyle :)
