I know that tylenol is bad for the liver but I'm getting IP Vikes today and they're only 2.5mg each so I'll have to take 20 or so.....but should I take 2 tylenols with them? If tylenol is necessary why would the manufacturers not include it in the product to help maximize effect? I've been wondering about this for awhile now....anyone have any insight?
Is is necessary to mix tylenol with pure hydrocodones and/or codein?

Depends on your tolerance.I use to mix hydrocodone and codiene to get a more high effect only cuz I didnt have enough hydro.If you really want some advice.Stay off them.Im detoxing from hydros as we speak....it hurts when your body gets used to it and then you dont have it.But I was at a 22 pills(10mg's) a d ay habit.I'd take 12 at first then 5 and 5 to keep it level.Im hurting right now.The pains hard to explain.Like a fever achiness all through your body.Plus it makes you very irritable.almost lost my marriage due to hydros

are his hydros authentic hydrocodone?I would think his stuff would be poor quality
My boy received them yesterday and say they're stamped and not packed tight so he doesn't think IP made them, which is good. Regarding the detoxing....I'm a recovering addict/alcoholic and I've detoxed from heroin and methadone at the same time several times and even in jail cold turkey too. So I'm familiar with the pain, but the meds are NOTHING close to what I went through and I really shouldn't be messing with the meds but with 4 years clean now, I'm just enjoying myself a bit......
If anyone else has any feedback on whether or not I need to take tylenol with the hydro, let me know.

Hydrocodone are different compounds,even though they are both opiates and in the same family,they have different effects...they are similar.The tylenol in hydro is just added for extra pain relief so all the pain wont be taken away from just hydrocodone.Although,I can say that I have taken norco(hydrocodone 10mg/325 tylenol) and I didnt get as good of a buzz as from lorcet (10mg hydrocodone/650mg tylenol).Maybe the tylenol thins the blood or something to get a better rush???dont know.
(now oxycodone is more related to hydrocodone than codiene...but they are compounds of each other )

Yeah, erowid is a GREAT site, a mountain of information, you can just keep reading for days and days there.
www.rxlist.com is a good one too, has all info on pharmaceuticals including chemical makeup, normal adult dosages, and overdose red zones.
I agree it's best to stay away from pain killers, but if you must, make sure you do your homework and know what EXACTLY you're taking and how much. And don't combine them with alcohol or other opiates or barbituates, that's when bad things happen.
