hey bros,

a buddy of mine gave me a bunch of pins and plungers, and i will be doing my first cycle in a few months. my question is are 23g X 1" pins o.k. (will be using brovel test 200 & norandren 200) and he also gave me 3ml plungers. i read some stuff on spotinjections.com and it suggested a few different sizes of pins. any info is appreciated. peace and thanks

Yes, 23ga 1" are fine.
However, I'm worried that you haven't done enough research.
Do you know about nolvadex and clomid?
Do you know how to inject safely and correctly?
What are your stats, juice experience, lifting experience, cycle goals, and what exactly does your cycle look like?
Let's make sure you're doing this right.

Good points 46n2,
1in are great for delts/quads etc but a 1 1/2 is better IMO for glute injections. A 23ga is a good choice if you had to pick just one...it's a fairly multipurpose/multi-gear friendly size.

thanks bro for the concern, i really appreciate it. but, i have been doing my research. i don't have many years of lifting experience, in fact i have been back in the gym now for about 4 - 5 months after about a 2 year layoff. i am currently 5'9", 195 lbs (down from 220, but am going to drop to 180), 30 y.o., and don't know my bf%. since i have been back in the gym, i have been studying and researching for my first cycle. now, i already have the gear i am going to use for my first cycle, but i won't touch any of it until i am educated on it's positive and negative effects it will have on my body. i have done some research on my anti - e's as well and gotten some good advice from some of the bro's here. i guess i will answer your questions. i already gave you my stats. i have no juice experience as this will be my first cycle. i have lifted weights on and off for about the past ten years, mostly to keep myself in shape. never really was concerned about being really big. basically my goals are to trim and cut first, see natural gains when i start bulking and then do my cycle to add more muscle mass. i am working out 5 days per week. doing cardio in the a.m. on an empty stomach and working out in the afternoon. i am eating a low carb, high protein diet (about 220 - 240g protein & 60 - 80g carbs a day). taking prolab's thermopro w/ ma huang (4 a day), 10g L- glutamine a day, 2 multi-vitamins a day. my protein intake does include 3 shakes a day. i am eating pretty clean and drinking about 1 - 1 1/2 gal. of water a day. as far as my cycle, well it looks like it will be like this:

wk 1 - 4 : d-bol 35mg ed
wk 1 - 10: brovel test 200 300mg/wk
wk 1 - 10: brovel norandren 250mg/wk
will run clomid post cycle and have enough nolva to run throughout cycle and plan on having some liquidex on hand, too.

i know this cycle is mild, but if i diet and exercise correctly it will add some good gains. i have just started doing research on injecting (spotinjections.com) and will continue to do research until the time is right. right now i am focusing on trimming and cutting. after i get down to 180 lbs, i will gain naturally for a few months and continue my research and after seeing some natural gains, i am guessing i will start my cycle around march or april 2003. so as you can see, i have some time to study, ask questions, and educate myself on the good and bad my body will experience. but if you or any of the other bro's have any insight, i will gladly take it. thanks and peace

Cool man, I was just a little worried that you called 'em "plungers", most people call them syringes, LOL.
I commend you on your research and timeline, most of us couldn't go a week with any gear on hand without dipping into the stash... :)
Your plan looks good, you seem like you know what you want to do and how you want to do it, so I say go for it and the best of luck to you. One thing I will say is that since your main goal for the cycle will be bulk, don't be afraid to bump the calories up. Putting on a little fat and water weight during a cycle is normal, and you want to make sure you're getting enough fuel to take full advantage of the highly anabolic state your body will be in.
I would recommend upping the test to 400/wk to keep it well above the deca (and thus avoiding the hated deca side effects), but I'm sure you've been over that before.
Can't offer much more than that at this point, looks like you have everything worked out, sorry I insinuated that you're a newbie, LOL...

i am totally a newbie. thanks for the advice about the test, will look into that. didn't know upping it would offset some of the deca side effects. i have been lucky to have buddies here at home tell me to do all the research possible before i cycle. also have had some bro's here and on other boards give me great advice and encourage me to reach my goals, but to educate myself. i have been told on different occasions that i will have to eat more when i start. like i said before, i have quite a bit of time to learn the good, the bad, and the ugly. lol before i do anything, and will keep everyone up on progress and probably ask a few more questions along the way. thanks for the info bro. hopefully i can get more info from you and the other bro's along the way.

I agree with upping the test, I would go 500 test, 400 deca each week. I'm finishing up a cycle with just this plus 4 weeks of dbol and have had absolutely no side effects to date. One thing though, I think you should run the liquidex @ 0.5-1mg ED throughout the entire cycle, including clomid and keep the nolv on hand for gyno signs. You had it the other way around but that's just my opinion.
