BASIC CYCLE, SUST. 500 MG 1-10 WK
D-BOL 20 MAYBE 30mg 2 weeks
nolv. this i'm not sure if i want to take it through out or use it if needed.

hoping for at least 20 lb. i'm a hard gainer,7-8 meals a day,but clean meals. looking to compete

I'm glad you didn't get drawn in by the stacking hype, you don't need to drop a G on your first cycle to have great results. Instead, spend the extra cash on quality food.

Weeks 1-4: Dbol @ 30mg/day
Weeks 1-10: Sust @ 500mg/wk
Start the nolvadex if you begin to feel any itchiness or tenderness in your nipples, or if you get too bloated from the dbol, 20mg/day until symptoms subside, then 10mg/day until end of cycle. you can go lower or higher than that 10mg - you're looking for the minimum dosage at which symptoms subside.
 
That's fine for your first cycle. Some people don't do the d-bol and somedo it for 4 weeks. The biggest key to putting on that 20lbs is to eat eat eat!!!

i'll run the d-bol for two weeks and see how much water retention i get.if all is good i'll keep going till 4 weeks.
i don't want everyone that knows me freaking out when they see the sudden change in me.i didn't tell anyone about my cycle,not even my workout partner.people talk to much shit out there ass about A.S. when they don't even know the kind of discepline it takes to eat right,train,an not do some of the things that your friends do all the time.i can't tell you how many partys i missed this year cause i didn't want to drink

:confused: Trust me...you want to run it for at least 4 weeks. Your sus will not kick in until week 4-5 anyway so keep the dbol in there for a kick start all the way through your first month. And say you gain 20 lbs....this isn't terribly noticeable anyway, you can just wear baggy clothes if you're worried about people noticing. Also, why aren't you running liquidex in there if you're worried about bloat?
 
I agree, run the dbol for 4 weeks....that way by the 4th or 5th week the Sustanon will kick in and you will be getting a lot stronger, I think u will like the dbol, because of the pumps u will get in the gym...watch out for the oily skin from it...but u will get stronger on the dbol....well at least I do...on my first cycle I ran dbol at 30mg for the first 4 weeks and then test and deca at 400mg for 10 weeks and put on 34 pounds was able to keep 22 of them....so it worked great for me!!!
 
ok,i'll run 4 weeks.didn't buy liqx. cause it cost to much.170$ was the cheepest i found.hell i didnt pay that much for the gear.
as far as stats....5'6 162lb2 up from 150 in feb. 31 years old.
i got some good before cycle pics,i'll send the after pics in ten wks.

20 lbs isnt terribly noticeable, i disagree with that. Even in baggy clothes people are gonna know something is up
 
I think 20lbs is really noticeable too... start the decoy tactics a few weeks before you start your cycle, buy big tubs of protein and creatine and shitloads of steak and potatoes and buy a bodybuilding book. Tell people you got a personal trainer. Shit like that. People don't really want to believe in steroids, so anyone who isn't "in the know" will be easily fooled. Don't expect to fool any guys at the gym that know their way around juice though!
 
take the hit-get the 80mg L-dex and use .5mgEOD-that will give you 320 days of "coverage"(2 cycles worth) at .50/day-definitely worth the $ not to look like the Michelin Man!!-Also whats a party??

right on.....some of us dont have the luxury of just wearin baggy clothes...it still shines right thru :D
 
I just put a friend of mine on his first cycle. He went from 6' 225lbs to 6' 254lbs in 12 weeks. 2 months post cycle, he's still at 251lbs.

His cycle: 375mg of test a week. 250mg of sust every 5 days for 8 weeks followed by prop 100mg EOD for 4 weeks. Clen/Clomid/Liquidex post cycle.
 
Yeah, people can tell when you gain that much weight. My first cycle I put on 30 pounds. None of my clothes fit, I got a shit load of stretch marks in my arm pits and inner thighs and I looked like the Michelin Man. The bloat could have been avoided but I didn't want to spend the money. Anyone who knew anything about gear new I was on but anyone who did was easily fooled by saying I have been taking lots of weight gainer and eating lots. People won't know unless they know about gear.
