Cytadren

Cytadren (Aminoglutethimide) is an Ancillary of enormous power that while it has fallen out of popularity in recent years was at one time immensely popular in physique based circles. Truly, there is no ancillary on earth that can match the power of Cytadren, and in many ways that is exactly why so many no longer use it. As you understand, the purpose of ancillary supplementation is to combat estrogenic related issues, but estrogen is a hormone we need to some extent, and too much protection can be just that, too much.

Why Supplement with Cytadren?

For the performance enhancing athlete, Cytadren can provide two distinct benefits, as an anti estrogen and cortisol suppressor. In a similar fashion as Aromatase Inhibitors Arimidex and Letrozole, Cytadren actively inhibits the aromatase enzyme and reduces estrogen to almost non-existing levels. As estrogen is the enemy regarding many steroid related side effects, by reducing estrogen to such low levels, this is why at one time so many competitive bodybuilders chose to supplement with Cytadren. Through supplementation the few weeks before a show, the bodybuilder would appear much harder and dryer on stage, and as you know, hard and dry is the name of the game.

Of course, as you understand, AI's like Arimidex and Letrozole also inhibit aromatase, but they do not reduce estrogen to this level, and by no means have any positive effect on cortisol the way Cytadren does. It's no secret, glucocorticoid hormones such as cortisol are devastating to a physique, as they promote fat gain, make fat loss extremely difficult and destroy muscle tissue. By suppressing cortisol, a trait already held by most anabolic steroids, we actively do away with these problematic traits.

Cytadren – It's Probably NOT for You:

There are no two ways about it, on its surface Cytadren sounds like an awesome ancillary worth your time, but more than likely this is something you have no business touching. As eluded to above, too much estrogen suppression is not a good thing, although you do not need a massive amount of this hormone estrogen is essential to proper health. Those who supplement with Cytadren often find their energy levels are severely diminished, their immune systems weakened, and they often suffer from strong bouts of nausea and insomnia. If that wasn't bad enough, Cytadren is highly toxic to the liver, carrying a hepatic nature that is beyond most any oral anabolic steroid. At any rate, if you choose to supplement with Cytadren, assuming you can handle the side effects you should only supplement for a very short period of time due to the hepatic nature lest your liver be severely damaged.

I actually have a good friend who competes that is looking for this. I have been looking to no avail so if anyone knows anywhere please let me know, thanks
