In a major shot in the arm for the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) ahead of Assembly polls in Punjab, professional wrestler Khali on Sunday joined the party, media reports said.
Dalip Singh Rana or The Great Khali as he is known all over the globe after his successful stint at the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) will be campaigning for the AAP in Punjab, party sources said.
However, the decision on whether he will contest the polls has not been taken yet.
Khali, one the tallest WWE wrestlers at 7 feet 3 inches and weighing 190 kg, was born and brought up in a small remote village in Sirmaur district in Himachal Pradesh, some 200 km from the capital Shimla.
Before embarking on his professional wrestling career, the Great Khali was an officer in the Punjab Police.

Khali took to bodybuilding and won the Mr India title in 1995 and 1996. He also acted in the Hollywood film The Longest Yard.
Under the ring name Giant Singh, Khali first became a professional wrestler for All Pro Wrestling in the US in October 2000.

damn thats a lot of muscle on a 7 '3 human being! whats his weight? i dont know kg conversion to pounds, or even why they would use inches for height then kg for weight lol

2.2 kilos for a pound. 190 kilos is 418 lbs. Most of the weight is in bone mass. The tallest man that ever lived was Robert Wadlow.(1918-1940) He was 9' tall and very thin. Yet he weighed 480 lbs. It was all bone mass weight. His ankles could not support his weight. He had to wear ankle braces. Once you get over 7'5", the skeleton has difficulty in supporting the body. The former NBA star Yao Ming(7'5") only lasted a few years before he had to retire.

That should be 2.2 lbs. to 1 kilo. Don't see any way to edit the post.
