Morning glory!

I'm coming up 37 and in the last 6-9 months I've had just a few morning woods. I'm pretty athletic build. Never been o/w. Don't smoke. Hardly drink alc. Diet not always clean.

Fuck knows what age it stops getting up before we do, but is this common or not? I went to docs about it and demanded some bloods. I've always suspect hypogonadism since mid 20s. Test levels are usually between 10 and 12, but last one was 18. Any input or insights from other guys would be helpful. Cheers

Definitely a factor in decreasing test levels. Since I've gotten my test levels straight, I've definitely woken up to more morning erections. I even wake up in the night a lot with that thing hard enough to knock down walls. One morning last week I had sex twice before getting out of bed. You know that makes for a great day!

I've slowed down on the morning wood aspect, but it always works when I want it to, which is literally 365 days a year. I really wouldn't sweat it much. As long as he works when you need him to work, just be happy for that.

So, if i asked you to stick it up my ass, you could get hard?

Hi. Have the same issue and also 37 yo. Was smoking and drinking until Rich made me stop and get back to the gym. Anyway i have Visited third doc already. It started getting bad january this year. So i asked first, god bloods done, got some vitamines fixed, got viagra prescribed with a notice it could be some heart issue if already present in your family. Now i got viagra for couple of days to check if it's the pump/not enough blood getting in some place. Soon ill got back on so this issue will be gone.
So my research shows-
If you were on cycle before than yes, you got answer. Some people Do not get their boddies 100% back again after cycle, it can be your first, sec or third cycle you wont come back 100%. Everyone is different. My testo is pretty in the middle now so i did recover but still something left fucked so... If you are not cycling and In these years you train hard you need more time to recovery and if you sleep not enough or get plenty of stress every day... To much stress, aiming to high. Reduce stress get enough sleep and diet clean. Will be your answer but if you have some heart condition or fucked estro or prolactin levels you will need some more doc appoitments fixing this.
Cheers

Shit I'm almost 48 and it is hard all the dam time! I love test.....

Really? You sure your not mistaken getting hard, with getting heavy lmao

I always thought 48 was the magical age where you didnt get hard anymore, you only got heavy lmao

Same here TBH and I'm a lot younger than you. Try ZMA that helped a tiny bit.
Getting on test prop have made a huge difference and I have only been pinning for 1week now. I believe my natural test levels has gone to shit. Don't know what the cause is but I believe it's depression.

I feel much better now. I slept a lot better (until I got on tbol couple of days ago lol). I feel a lot fuller and I don't have any pain in my joints/tendons.

Natural test levels in men in general are really low compared to what our grandfathers had.

Low test will cause depression.

Low test will cause depression.

I am sure there are so many people suffering depression because of test levels but just taking anti-depresants to solve it , i think this is the benefit of this sport that we care and have atleast basic/fundemental knowledge about our bodies , not many doctor will pay you attention to find out what really is causing depression .
