I want to thank 3J for all the support and help he has given to my wife. I want to give you a little back ground on my wife. She has had major health issue for the last several years, put on major meds and gained 150lbs. She was diagnosis as having fibromayliga, sleep apnea, adult onset asthma, and adrenal fatigue and tachycardia. She has more but I cannot remember all of them, but she cannot eat gluten either.
I read many of the reviews on 3J and reached out to him and put my wife in contact with him as well. To make a long story short, they have been working together for a few weeks now and the weight is starting to come off but the big thing is she has lost almost 19". HELL Yeah!!
She is being a beast in the gym and working her ass off. So proud of her.
