OK guys I went from obese a few years ago to dieting and losing weight, then started lifting heavy getting bigger and grew to 243 with no definition but the power lifter look,,,I have spent the last 2 months losing 35lbs and look a lot better but I wanna put clean muscle on this go round without growing the gut too much....so my question is, I know how to lose weight but I don't know how to put on clean weight such as timing and macros and simple carbs or complex and when to eat simple when to eat complex...I'm currently at 210 pounds and would like to grow from this point, I will be doing another cycle in about a month of sust and eq and mc igf-1 for about 12 weeks maybe add some anadrol to Kickstart just because I've never done an oral...my my maintenance is about 2600kals so I'm guessing 3000kals should be a good start just don't know how many carbs to add in and what not....please someone help me on this so I can grow without adding to much fat.

I haven't done igf-1, so I cannot speak out of experience, but I have read a lot of logs & several guys spoke as though they felt pretty crappy when they were trying to be really strict with their diet & didn't eat much. Supposedly it increases appetite with most. Oatmeal, whole grain or wheat toast, healthy sandwich wraps & rice are a few good carbs. I think simple carbs are good post workout, but that is about it. Probably a good idea to not load up on em before bed. My theory is, if you feel bloated like you ate to much, than you need to work out that much harder!

Btw, it might not be a bad idea to throw in some osatrine or s4 to help shed fat. Ostarine helped me increase cardio & burn a little fat too. S4 is supposed to be even better for the fat burning. Hope that helps

OK I'm not trying to burn fat anymore I know how to do that I'm trying to put clean weight on top of what I currently have....I'm not familiar with carbs I was keto for 2 years,,, now I know for me to put solid clean muscle on I need carbs but don't know how or how many to use

Well, they help with maintaining lean muscle & maybe even put some on, while still burning. That's why I recommended it. I can't help ya to much with the amount of carbs you should take in. So many variables to consider

The amount of carbs to eat in a day depends on several variables including your (1) body size, (2) activity level, (3) fitness goals, and (4) genetics. As a general guideline, somewhere around 40-50% carbs, 25-30% protein, and 20-30% fat is a solid benchmark during a cutting program. You plan a reasonable program based on your own case.:bber:

I have to keep my fats and protein high and my carbs low. I am type 2 diabetic so I have to be very careful all the time. The one thing that I do, it eat the majority of my daily amount of carbs before and after I workout. That seems to help a lot.

OK I've been doing the 40p 40c 20f lately I just didn't know when if it matters to intake most of my carbs

If your taking your IGF, make sure to get in those carbs before you go to the gym. I try and get a handful of gummy bears in about 15 min before the gym to have fast acting carbs in my system. My pumps are sometimes painful.... love it.
